1. Tomorrowland

Tomorrowland is the largest electronic/techno festival in the world. It offers 3 days of non-stop music in many different stages around the mini dream-city that the festival creates. World’s top DJ’s and hundreds of thousands of music lovers from around the world get together for the biggest and baddest music festival of all time. You will experience the most amazing visual and audio experience you could ever imagine. For the full experience, stay at Dreamville (the camp site) where thousands of Dreamers stay for the duration of the festival. It is not easy landing a ticket; they are normally sold out after only minutes of being released, but don’t cry just yet, there are plenty of places where you can land one for an extra cost! For a complete guide for Tomorrowland email me and I will send you a survival guide. This festival was honestly the best I have ever attended and its worth every mile. Don’t forget to pick up some of that famous Belgium chocolate before you go home!

 2.Amsterdam- Netherlands

Amsterdam is one of my favorite cities to visit in Europe. There is so much to do and see that you will definitely have to visit this amazing city more than once. Yes, Marijuana is legal here and you can LEGALLY enjoy a puff in one of the many “coffee shops”, but there is so much more to do in this wonderful city.  Bicycles are the preferred form of transportation, so rent a bike and make sure you hit some of the famous attractions; Red light district, Van Gogh Museum, Amsterdam History Museum, eat; but after that, take a breather, walk to a park and just enjoy the city.

3.Machu Pichu - Peru

Machu Picchu is one of the world’s greatest wonders. To get to this magnificent view, you will go through the rain forest and see towering mountains. This will be the hiking experience of your life so make sure you are prepared and go with a great group. The hike up is not easy but it will be worth every step!

4.Full Moon Party- Thailand

Okay, so this is a super touristy thing to do but you definitely have to experience it. Following the lunar calendar, you can find a party every time there is a full moon during this time. The official party is located at Koh Phangan beach but anywhere you celebrate will be fun! With a body full of glow paint and your favorite fruity drinks, you are ready to experience one of the craziest parties day after day!

5.Route 1- California Coast

What can I say, California is my home state and I can go on and on about the wonderful things to do, but a visit to the Golden State would not be complete without the ultimate road trip on the iconic Pacific Coast Highway. You will need more than one day and plenty of camera storage because you will see some of California’s best mountains, beaches, and even a peak of the desert. No matter where you start or finish, this road trip will be one for the books.

6.Backpacking through Europe

Backpacking through Europe is a must. With many options for budget hostels, cheap train & flight tickets, you can hop your way through Europe without making your bank account cry. Don’t have a travel buddy? No worries, most of the hostels around Europe have group activities and you are destined to make friends along the way, as many are traveling solo as well.  LINK

7.Explore South East Asia

You might need about a month or more to explore South East Asia. This is a popular trip among 20-something-year-olds. It is very inexpensive to travel throughout and the locals are extremely friendly. Personally, one of my favorite things about being in that side of the world is all of the delicious food and the relaxed environment. Don’t miss Patong Beach in Thailand, Ha Long bay in Vietnam, and Angkor Wat in Cambodia.

8.Las Vegas - Nevada

They say that what happens is Vegas, Stays in Vegas. Maybe that is why its called “Sin City”. Whether you want to drink your fancy cocktail in one of its many elaborate night-clubs or go out to dinner to some of the best restaurants in the country, Las Vegas truly has it all. It is a shopper’s dream and a gambler’s fantasy. Make sure to visit all of the hotels as they all have something unique to offer. Walking down the "strip" with a beer is a very common thing to do, so no need to hide your booze. The night view from a rooftop bar is a must in this non-stop party city.

9.Rio De Janeiro Carnaval - Brazil

If you want to experience the ultimate party of your life, head over to Carnaval in Rio de Janeiro. Considered the mother of all carnivals, this celebration attracts over 2 million people on the streets of Brazil daily. Filled with floats, amazing costumes, and some of the best dancers in the world, Carnaval will satisfy all of your senses. Be ready to move your hips to the typical "Samba de Roda."

10. Backpacking through South America

South America is a great destination no matter what stage in your life but this is a trip I took in my early travel days and it was a great experience. This trip will require some research and a lot of planning since it is a huge continent. You might want to pick up a Spanish class before you decide to take off. Do some homework and choose the destinations you really want to explore beforehand. There are plenty of affordable destinations but preparation will save you a lot of time and money. South America is known to have some of the most welcoming and warm people, so have no fear!

So there you have it! Take the chance to get out there and explore as much as you can while you have no responsibilities. Happy traveling!
